Our offerings include residential sales and lettings, alongside a variety of consumer and corporate services such as new homes, mortgage services, conveyancing, will writing, tenant vetting, EPC provision, surveying, corporate lettings, asset management, land & planning, LPA receivers, and auctions.

Our Policies

We have developed a Sustainable Procurement Policy to address modern slavery and human trafficking concerns. This policy establishes our zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We are dedicated to conducting our business ethically and with integrity, maintaining systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present within our operations or supply chains. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out clear expectations for our suppliers and partners, mandating compliance with our standards. Additionally, our Whistleblowing Policy allows employees and others in our supply chain to report any suspected violations of these policies.

Supply Chain Risk

Drummonds Property Limited collaborates with a range of suppliers for services, goods, and work, with the majority of our supply chain composed of UK-based professional service companies and providers, including IT, utilities, and business service providers. We consider these suppliers to pose a low risk in terms of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We adopt a risk-based approach to assess and review suppliers, monitoring the content of their statements where required under the Act. Additionally, we seek further assurance that suppliers are in compliance with our policy standards.

Due Diligence Processes

As part of our commitment to identifying and mitigating risks, we conduct thorough due diligence when engaging with suppliers. This process ensures that the level of due diligence is appropriate based on the nature of the services provided and the associated risks.

Further Steps

We remain committed to ongoing reviews of our business and supply chains to identify any risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to evaluate and update our policies and procurement processes as necessary and provide relevant awareness training across the business.
